What We Do
We work directly within communities at a grassroots levels, delivering:
. Talks and awareness sessions to educate and break stigma.
. Workshops focused on understanding trauma and its impact
. Community activities that foster connection, resilience, and wellbeing
. Supporting Unpaid carers and young carers with respite and social activities.
. Signposting by focusing on early intervention for neurodivergent children and young people.
Our goal is to create safe, supportive spaces where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered.
